Become a Peer Supporter!
Why become a Peer Supporter? For many, helping and supporting others is very rewarding. Helping others also feels meaningful and is good for our mental health. As a Peer Supporter, you also receive good training in advance of SiO Rådgivning. In addition, it is social to be a Peer Supporter - you become part of a Peer Support network both at your own educational institution, but also across the campuses. A voluntary position is also valuable to have on your CV, when you are applying for a job.
What does it take to become a Peer Supporter? To become a Peer Supporter, you must have at least one year of experience as a student. You must also have a desire to help and support fellow students, and be available with time and capacity.
How do I sign up to become a Peer Supporter? If you want to become a Peer Supporter, you can contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then be called in for an informal interview.
