The Student Initiative Grant is looking for a project manager and project staff to work on a cultural project.
We will create a cultural group, where the goal is to give students in Oslo, Kjeller and Sandvika access to various cultural experiences, such as concerts, museums and sports events. For this, we need students for administrative tasks, such as mapping out the cultural offerings and events, obtaining prizes, and arranging the distribution of tickets.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who want to work on creating cultural experiences for students. We are looking for students who are interested in culture, with the ability to organize and engage. You will work in a group with other students, who are closely followed up by employees in the Student Initiative Grant.
We are looking for you who are creative, structured and independent. You have good knowledge of the cultural life in Oslo, are enterprising and solution-oriented. Experience with project work, communication and digital tools is an advantage, but not a requirement. You are forward-thinking, positive, and not afraid to contact companies. You want to work in a team with several others, so the ability to collaborate is also important.
For the position as project manager, it is also an advantage if you have management experience. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the group, coordinating the work, and ensuring that deadlines are met. We therefore want a structured and responsible student for this position, who is able to engage and inspire others.
You must be an active student until December 2021. Due to infection control, the work will mainly be done digitally. It is planned that you work from home, and it is therefore assumed that you have access to your own PC and internet. The position will have a position fraction of about 30%, with the possibility of more, especially at the start of the project.
